Formello is a product operated by Riser Technologies, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this Privacy Policy, "Formello", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Riser Technologies.

Account Information: When you create a Formello account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full card details.
Form and Submission Data: We store the forms you create and the submissions received through those forms. This data is stored on your behalf — you are the data controller for any personal information submitted through your forms.
Usage Data: We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This helps us maintain and improve the Service.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to help resolve your issue and improve our service.
We use the information we collect to:
(a) Provide, operate, and maintain the Formello Service;
(b) Process payments and manage your subscription;
(c) Send transactional emails including account confirmations, form submission notifications, and billing receipts;
(d) Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve the Service;
(e) Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity;
(f) Comply with legal obligations;
(g) Respond to your support requests and communications.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When visitors submit your forms, their data is transmitted to our servers and stored in your Formello inbox. As the form owner, you are the data controller for this information. You are responsible for:
(a) Informing your form respondents about how their data will be used;
(b) Obtaining appropriate consent where required by law;
(c) Complying with applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction;
(d) Not collecting sensitive categories of personal data without appropriate safeguards.
We act as a data processor for form submission data and process it only on your behalf and according to your instructions.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure. Data is stored in secure, compliant data centres.
Vercel: Application hosting and content delivery.
Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Turbo SMTP: Email delivery for notifications and transactional emails.
All third-party providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information confidential and secure.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Form submissions are retained according to your plan:
— Starter plan: 30 days
— Pro plan: 1 year
— Business plan: Unlimited
If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days following deletion.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
(a) All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL;
(b) Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms;
(c) Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only;
(d) Regular security reviews and updates.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and ensure the Service functions correctly. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Service.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
Our Service is operated from Dubai, UAE. If you are accessing the Service from outside the UAE, your data may be transferred to and processed in the UAE or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
