By accessing or using Formello ("Service"), a product operated by Riser Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Riser Technologies is a company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Riser Technologies.
Formello is a form backend and management platform that allows users to create online forms, collect form submissions, receive email notifications, and manage responses through a web-based dashboard. The Service includes a visual form builder, template library, submission inbox, and embed code generation.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Formello offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Free Plan: Limited to 50 form submissions per calendar month. No credit card required.
Paid Plans: Subscription fees are charged in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
(a) Collect sensitive personal data without appropriate consent, including financial data, health information, or government identification numbers, unless you have implemented appropriate security measures and obtained proper consents;
(b) Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in phishing activities;
(c) Collect data from minors under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent;
(d) Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws;
(e) Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service;
(f) Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code;
(g) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your form respondents to collect and process their personal data.
You retain ownership of all data submitted through your forms. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller and are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
The Service, including all software, designs, templates, and content provided by Formello, is owned by Riser Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including your forms and the data submitted through them.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which we will endeavour to announce in advance. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riser Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riser Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
